Did You Know???

kaydoeshealthythings:

There is such thing as overtraining syndrome! It occurs when someone trains beyond the body’s ability to recover. This obviously happens when an individual doesn’t utilize rest days!

Harmful side effects include decreased performance, fatigue, altered hormonal states, poor sleeping patterns, reproductive disorders, decreased immunity, loss of appetite, and mood disturbances.

In other words… You better be taking a few rest days per week!

abs are something that I dont really spend a lot of time on, maybe 20 minutes or so at the end of my workout. you’re really not suppose to do them for to long because it can cause issues but I love feeling that burn at the end of a great workout knowing im doing something good for my body.
